K-12 Educational Design: Designer Cost Chart(s)

The MSBA collects and publishes a vast amount of information on school design and construction through their programs including cost data, making it visible and accessible to all. We recognize that costs vary over time, across regions, project types and complexities, making it a challenge to compare broadly and without distinction. With the new Designer Selection Panel (DSP) Cost Data Chart, the MSBA seeks to isolate and distill some of the data to reach comparable building costs by designer.

We will be focusing the conversation on constructive comments, concerns and insights that might be useful in comparing costs most accurately and effectively.
