Leadership Lunches let you learn about different firms’ work and culture, ask questions, and have real conversations with peers and other design professionals.

The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) organizes Leadership Lunches every summer and are one of the most popular programs. These casual one-hour lunches provide emerging designers opportunities to visit firms in small groups and to engage in conversation with leadership about the firm’s work and culture.

This is an opportunity to sample different firm cultures, create connections for long-term mentoring, meet other future leaders, and learn about practice- and business-related topics first hand. There will be an opportunity for the audience to submit questions, which will be moderated by one of our EPNet members in order to facilitate the discussion.

As we slowly re-enter post-pandemic life and to continue safety protocols, Leadership Lunches will be held virtually for 2021.

Lunches will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM* in June.

Participating firms include:

June 1: designLAB – Register

June 3: Aamodt/Plumb Register

June 8: Höweler + Yoon Register

June 10: Moody Nolan – Register

June 15: Studio G – Cancelled

June 17: Utile – Cancelled

June 22: Arrowstreet – Register

June 24: Prellwitz Chilinski Register

June 29*: Ann Beha Architects (Time Change: 1:00 PM-2:00 PM) – Register

To maintain intimate conversations, each Lunch will be capped at 10 people.

About the BSA Emerging Professionals Network
The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) is an active social and professional network. Focused on promoting a growing community of young and emerging architects and designers, as well as recent graduates, and other design/build AEC professionals. EPNet hosts a variety of programs throughout the year: mentoring, panels and presentations, firm visits and tours, and many other social and professional events – both virtually and in-person. We also host regular planning workshops, which all interested professionals are encouraged to attend.
