Project Management Roundtable: Project Accounting/Finances

During this roundtable forum, we will explore the different types of accounting software that are being utilized by our colleagues and the pros and cons of each (what works, what doesn’t, do project managers use the system and if so, to what extent?). We will also discuss the process of client billing (gathering timesheets, consultant invoices, invoice scheduling, etc.). We welcome everyone to participate and look forward to a lively and engaging topic discussion.
