Administration & HR Network: The Art of Gathering

Priya Parker wrote "The Art of Gathering" before COVID, but the paperback came out in the middle of the pandemic and couldn't be more relevant. There is plenty in here about social gatherings, and lots about why we gather at work. So many of the conversations we've had for the past 18 months have been about where and how to create psychological togetherness, I thought it would be valuable to read the book this month (instead of meeting on October 26) and discussing it in November.
