This course, presented by MassSave, will provide an overview of 9th Edition Massachusetts stretch code, review updates to the code and three compliance paths to meet its requirements - RESNET, Passive House and ENERGY STAR. Focused on new single and 2-Family homes, town homes and low rise residential, renewable energy tradeoffs will be discussed, such as solar PV, solar thermal systems, clean biomass stoves and renewable primary heating systems. Available software programs and documentation required for these compliance paths will also be addressed.
