COTE: BERDO 2.0—Boston’s New Emission Performance Standard (Hybrid)

The Building Energy Reporting Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) has been amended to align with the City of Boston's goal of achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2050. The changes between the original BERDO and BERDO 2.0 will result in large changes for building owners. In this presentation Patrick Murphy, Director of Sustainable Design at Vanderweil Engineers, will layout the changes and explain what the Architecture community can be doing now to help clients meet these ambitious goals.
