All are welcome to our monthly meeting in October for a presentation and discussion featuring Rich Friedman of Friedman & Partners.
“Business Planning: Creating a Plan that Won’t Collect Dust”
In these uncertain and unpredictable times, developing client-facing business plans is more important than ever. It can mean the difference between proactively shaping your firm’s future versus being at the mercy of market and competitive forces. Unfortunately, technical professionals tend to delay plan creation waiting for every last bit of data. However, such plans are meant to be “living” documents to be revisited and modified on a regular basis. We will address the components of a business plan, the types of internal and external data that should drive it, and strategies for preventing your plan from becoming a “dust bunny.”
We are pleased to welcome Rich to our monthly meeting via Zoom. RSVP to the BSA link provided.
