Redesigning Work & Workplace: Spaces, Tools, and Practices

In order to navigate the transformation of design and operation of the workplace, a range of forces including changing workforce practices and expectations, advances in technology, and mass adoption of data analytics must be considered. In this course, we look at how these trends have been accelerated by the pandemic, and help you answer the question: “How will we redesign our workplace and the way we work?”

Divided into three modules — Spaces, Tools, and Practices — the course will use a scaffolded approach to engage both specialists and non-specialists, providing participants regardless of background with the resources to take actionable steps towards transforming their own workplaces.
