COTE: DOER Critical Stretch Code Series—Existing Building Compliance (Virtual)

Please join us for the second installment reviewing the MA DOER updated Stretch Code and Specialized Opt-in Code (225 CMR 22 and 23). The subject of this presentation will focus on the changes to the code as they relate to existing buildings both residential and commercial and will help attendees understand the requirements needed to meet updated stretch code requirements.
