If there's one thing A/E/C marketers seem to have in common, it's that we're busy; we have too much to do, and too little time in which to do it. Add constant and competing deadlines, diffuse responsibilities, and remote colleagues, and you have a frequent state of personal and team-wide overwhelm.

Having said all that: sometimes you need to spend a little (time) to make a little (time)! Join us for a 75-minute moderated roundtable on time management. Guided by our moderator, Daria Bukesova (Ci Design), we will share our challenges and successes. We'll talk about popular strategies for more effective work, such as prioritization (e.g., the Eisenhower Matrix and "Eat That Frog"), schedule strategies (e.g., time blocking), and interval work (e.g., the Pomodoro technique). We'll also share techniques we use to keep our teams on target, as well as teamwork tools we've found effective (e.g., Trello, Planner, Asana, Time Doctor, etc.).
