This month we are excited to welcome Meg Gatza, Director of Operations at Bruner/Cott Architects, and Jessica Smith, Director of Human Resources and Administration at Bergmeyer, to guide us through some of the common human resource needs firms face. Topics to be covered include how to plan and approach hiring for the first time, best practices in hiring and maintaining staff, essentials of an employee handbook, and how and when firm owners should seek out an HR professional.
