How do we think about conflict at work? Is it something to be avoided? Is it something to be managed? Is it a destructive force, or productive, or both? As ever, the answer is probably D: all of the above. Join the Marketing/PR Network for our final event of the program year! This will be a hybrid event. For those meeting in-person, we will begin with networking and a catered breakfast, then sit down to a hybrid conversation. We will moderate a group discussion about how to align expectations and avoid common sources of conflict within working groups. We will also discuss productive conflict—the kind that strengthens ideas and allows the best ones to win.
This meeting will take place at Vanderweil's Boston office (274 Summer St, 8th Floor Mezzanine, Boston, MA) and online.
Because this is a hybrid event, RSVPs will be collected by email. Please state whether you will attend In Person or Virtual in the email message window that appears (so that we can make sure to have enough pastries)!
