Whether its winter storms and flooding creating anxiety about when to close, or panic in the news about bombs or guns, we need a plan. The winter of 2015 nudged many firms into solidifying their response to snow and MBTA problems. But many still do not have telecommuting or other policies in place to help when emergencies arise.
