Green Roof and Infrastructure Team (GRIT): Boston's Green Infrastructure Renaissance (Virtual)

Event Description

Boston's department of Green Infrastructure, led by Kate England, the Director of Green Infrastructure, is making huge strides in the effort to educate about, improve upon, and increase the amount of green infrastructure throughout the city. Kate and some of her team members will speak about the latest programs and policy initiatives that have been rolled out in the effort to improve on the resiliency of the urban fabric in response to storm events, heat island impacts, and reduction in urban biodiversity that the city will face in the coming years.
