Builder / Author Jonathan A. Wright of Northampton, founder of Wright Builders Inc., in conversation with designers at the BSA about his new book Living Building Makers: Creating Sustainable Buildings that Renew Our World.

Hear first-hand project and construction experience, and the stories of inspiration derived from all participants through a project process that accomplishes real good to heal the people and the planet.

The Living Building Challenge is a rigorous performance based standard for sustainable buildings that is beginning to take hold locally. Hampshire college set out to meet these standards with two new buildings—the R.W. Kern Center and the Hitchcock Center for the Environment. Architects Christopher Nielson AIA (Bruner/Cott Architects) and Kelly Haigh AIA (designLAB Architects) will join Jonathan Wright to talk about how they made it all happen.
