Building with Timber Curtain Walls

Although unusual, timber curtain wall is becoming more and more popular in the marketplace. This presentation will discuss the design of timber curtain wall along with applications and benefits. Detailing and installation options will be described, and the performance of the system will be reviewed, including an emphasis on water management. Case studies will also be presented which offer examples of unique timber curtain wall construction.
