Engaging Sea Level Rise Elegantly

In light of sea level rise and storm surges, it behooves all residents and officials and institutions of the Metro Boston estuary to think of retreating, but elegantly rather than in a rout. The chair of the committee, an architect-developer and former regional planner and urban designer, will outline the mindset needed for this elegant retreat.
