CA Roundtable Planning Session

The construction phase is typically responsible for 25 – 40% of a projects billings, is often subject to multiple rolling deadlines, and is the time when architects are most vulnerable to potential future litigation. It is also the “construction realization” phase when project design goals or elements are subject to changes through shop drawing reviews and value management.

This month the CA Roundtable will meet to understand the above and set our agenda for the next year:

What do small firms and sole practitioners need to develop and support their work?

How do medium and large-size firms provide construction phase training and development opportunities for staff at all levels?

How can the CA Roundtable broaden those opportunities?

What do you need to support your professional interests and development?

Please join us to develop our future topics
