CBT Architects has offered the opportunity for our growing family of professionals to participate in a tour the of 121 Seaport Boulevard tower currently under construction. This is a 250’ tall skyscraper with a total of 425,000 GSF class A office space right on Seaport Boulevard. The buildings height was capped by FAA regulations and comprises 3 floors of below grade parking, 2 floors of retail and 15 floors of office space.
