Rhode Island’s first certified Passive House was constructed for under $170/sq ft, an accomplishment that places it squarely in ‘market rate Passive House’ territory.

Builder Steven DeMetrick will describe how, with an emphasis on simple construction details and a commitment to builder friendly techniques and materials, this was accomplished. Of course it didn’t hurt to have an experienced Passive House team! Bring your questions.
