The BSA, AIANY, and AIA|LA are hosting Penciling Out, a multi-part weekly series that will inform, inspire, and connect industry professionals eager to find solutions for creating financially feasible, affordable and climate-forward housing.

The third event will be hosted by AIANY, focusing on local opportunities of working on climate forward affordable housing projects in New York. Attendees will gain insights into cutting-edge strategies, case studies, and best practices local to New York for navigating the complexities of green financing, particularly in the context of urban development and affordable housing.
