The BSA, AIANY, and AIA|LA are hosting Penciling Out, a multi-part weekly series that will inform, inspire, and connect industry professionals eager to find solutions for creating financially feasible, affordable and climate-forward housing.
The third event will be hosted by AIA|LA, focusing on local opportunities of working on climate forward affordable housing projects in Los Angeles. Attendees will gain insights into cutting-edge strategies, case studies, and best practices local to Los Angeles for navigating the complexities of green financing, particularly in the context of urban development and affordable housing.
The panel will serve as an opportunity to take a deep-dive on the Pacific Landing affordable housing project.

Penciling Out: Financing Solutions for Affordable & Climate Forward Housing is a partnership between three components of the American Institute of Architects (AIA): the Boston Society for Architecture (BSA/AIA), AIA New York (AIANY), and AIA Los Angeles (AIA|LA).
