Noise and vibration are important concerns for healthcare facilities, affecting patient and staff experience, safety, and clinical outcomes. Join acoustical consultants from Acentech, Jay Bliefnick PhD and Ben Davenny PE EDAC, as they delve into sound and vibration basics for healthcare facilities. We will review current DPH plan review checklist items related to sound and vibration and discuss recent trends and research related to HCAHPS performance and job satisfaction.
