Boston’s Seaport District: The Next Chapter

Boston’s Seaport District is quickly building out after years of planning, fluctuations in the economy, and any number of real estate transactions. Join Martin Zogran Assoc. AIA, Urban Design Principal at Sasaki and former Assistant Professor of Urban Design at Harvard University, and Amy Prange, Development Project Manager at WS Development, for a walking tour of the District and a discussion by the designers involved in the Seaport’s next chapter.

Martin and Amy will be joined by Arthur Chang AIA, Architect at NADAAA, and Josh Seyfried, Project Designer at James Corner Field Operations for a discussion at the Red Thread event space following the walking tour. Learn about the urban design context of the Seaport Square Master Plan, its past and future, the development and entitlements process, and the design thinking for its future public realm and architecture.

Meet us at 5:30 pm at the Lobby of the BSA and walk with us through the Seaport. The walk will conclude at 6:30 pm with a follow-up design discussion at the Red Thread Room,101 Seaport Blvd Suite 600, Boston.

Thank you to Red Thread for generously providing food for this event.
