Event Description

The BSA Cultural Facilities Network, in collaboration with MIT and Perry Dean Rogers | Partners Architects, invites you to a behind-the-scenes tour of the Edward and Joyce Linde Music Building (Building W18).

A striking new landmark on MIT’s West Campus, the Linde Music Building brings together the Institute’s highly regarded music program—serving over 1,500 students annually—under a single roof. Designed by SANAA in collaboration with Perry Dean Rogers | Partners Architects, the facility supports a conservatory-level program and hosts a range of ensembles and chamber groups.

This 60-minute tour, led by Linda Just, AIA, Senior Associate at Perry Dean Rogers | Partners Architects, and Vasso Mathes, LEED AP, AICP, Senior Campus Planner at MIT, offers a rare opportunity to explore the building’s design and performance spaces up close. The tour will conclude with a Q&A session.

Note: Advance registration is required. No walk-ins permitted. Space is limited—register early to secure your spot.
