Event Description

WiD Boston is pleased to present a panel discussion on the intersection between labor workplace issues and parenting. The design community is often required to practice unpaid labor, going beyond their 40 hours/week to perform non-commissioned work. How can our peers in the profession balance work, life as a caregiver, and promote sustainable ethics in practice where all members of the community can thrive?
