Event Description

PLEASE NOTE: This event is at capacity and we will no longer be accepting registrations.

Join the BSA Building Enclosure Council for a technical site walk-through of the 101 Tremont Street renovation. This tour offers a look at the practical application of the MA 2025 Commercial Stretch Code and the Specialized Opt-in Code for a retrofit project during active construction.

Attendees will observe the "real world" challenges and solutions of high-performance retrofits, with a specific focus on maintaining historic character while meeting aggressive thermal targets.

This is an active construction site. For the safety of all attendees, the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory:

  • Hard Hat
  • Safety Glasses
  • High-Visibility Vest
  • Appropriate Footwear (Closed-toe, sturdy boots; no sneakers or heels)

Need PPE? If you wish to attend but lack the necessary gear, please contact Felipe Francisco at [email protected] to inquire about available loaner equipment.
