Join the Boston Collaborative for Healing Environments for a virtual info session on how physical environments shape stress, healing, and belonging. This session will include a short presentation on evidence and examples from shelters in Boston and beyond, showing how color, light, physical activities, socializing and nature can promote well-being for guests and staff alike.

The presentation will be followed by Q&A and a discussion to explore partnership opportunities to improve local spaces.

About The Boston Collaborative for Healing Environments:

The Boston Collaborative for Healing Environments is a collaborative effort among Boston-based architects, researchers, and service leaders to improve the environments where people experiencing homelessness receive care. Founding members include: Juann Khoory, JKhoory Design Studio, Iris Yung-Ching Lin, Halvorson Studio, Gerry Thomas, Former Director of Homeless Services, Stephanie Acker, Home Ground Lab, and Eva Tine, United Way.
