Event Description

You are invited to join Womxn in Design (WiD) at the BSA Space to celebrate the launch of the “It Takes a Village Framework” with refreshments and an open conversation, facilitated by the authors. The Framework has been published by the AIA and is a toolkit to help members of both leadership and the workforce navigate towards a sustainable balance between work and home. The WiD Parents and Caregivers subcommittee hope to discuss with participants how this document can improve support in the architectural community for firm owners looking to retain talent, and employees who have caregiving responsibilities at home.
