The BSA is excited to launch its first regional design guidebook What is Adaptive Reuse?: Practical Solutions for the Cape & Islands. This guidebook is designed for property owners, designers, planners, developers, and community advocates looking for realistic pathways to create housing through adaptive reuse. Grounded in projects from across the region, this event will highlight three case studies: Coady School Residences, Old Gay Head Parsonage, and 66 Pochick Ave House Move. Attendees will take away replicable strategies, cost considerations, and regulatory pathways that make reuse a viable and effective housing tool on the Cape & Islands.
