The ADU Showcase is a weeklong public event at City Hall Plaza featuring a fully built Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) open for tours. Visitors can walk through the space, learn more about the ADU process, and explore how an additional 500 square feet could create new possibilities for their property and family.

Throughout the week, attendees can connect with experts, ask questions about ADUs, and experience firsthand what this type of flexible living space can offer. Daily info sessions will be held at noon, and a special ADU Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, bringing together organizations and professionals to help residents learn more about planning, permitting, financing, and building an ADU.
