The ADU Showcase is a weeklong public event at City Hall Plaza featuring a fully built Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) open for tours. Visitors can walk through the space, learn more about the ADU process, and explore how an additional 500 square feet could create new possibilities for their property and family.

Throughout the week, attendees can connect with experts, ask questions about ADUs, and experience firsthand what this type of flexible living space can offer. In addition to self-guided tours, daily informational sessions will be held each day at 12:00 PM, offering residents the opportunity to hear from ADU professionals, housing experts, and City staff about topics including planning, permitting, financing, design, and construction. These lunchtime sessions are designed to provide practical guidance, answer common questions, and help homeowners better understand the steps involved in creating an ADU.
