2017 Preservation Update

February's HRC Meeting will feature an update on a number of hot topics likely to affect historic preservation and real estate development in Boston and across the nation. Greg Galer, executive director of the Boston Preservation Alliance, will share a sampling of the multitude of opportunities and challenges anticipated in 2017. He will cover the statewide Community Preservation Act (CPA) and federal Historic Tax Credits program and will provide brief updates on the CITGO sign, Northern Avenue Bridge, Ladder Blocks, Winthrop Square tower and plans for a Bulfinch warehouse on Broad Street.
