Through the BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet), Leadership Lunches pair postgraduate or recently licensed professionals with firm leaders for casual one-hour lunches. It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to sample different firm cultures, create connections for long-term mentoring, meet other future leaders, and learn about practice- and business-related topics first hand.

The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) is an active social and professional network. Geared specifically toward recent graduates, Architectural Experience Program™ (AXP™) participants, young architects, designers, and other design/build professionals, EPNet hosts tours, presentations, firm visits, and other programs. It hosts regular planning meetings, which all interested professionals are encouraged to attend, and a number of programs throughout the year. Anyone building their AEC career is welcome to join, connect, and contribute.
