The first in a series of three programs, this session gives emerging professionals the opportunity to hear from a set of people essential to interviewing and offering jobs: hiring managers. Hear directly from a panel concerned with recruiting new talent. Panelists will speak about the values that guide firms’ hiring decisions and the skills they seek most in new hires. Following the panel, there will be time for discussion and a question and answer session.

The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) is an active social and professional network. Geared specifically toward recent graduates, Architectural Experience Program™ (AXP™) participants, young architects, designers, and other design/build professionals, EPNet hosts tours, presentations, firm visits, and other programs. It hosts regular planning meetings, which all interested professionals are encouraged to attend, and a number of programs throughout the year. Anyone building their AEC career is welcome to join, connect, and contribute.
