- Review the proposed amendments for the 9th Addition of the Massachusetts Building Codes (Primarily IRC) to understand potential impacts upon future projects,
- Review the changes adopted by the MA Board of Building Regulations (BBRS) for the new Energy Code based upon the IEEC/2015 to understand impacts upon current and future projects,
- Discuss pros and cons of proposed changes in order to develop a list of comments that we may submit to BBRS as official input by the April10, 2017 deadline, and
- Review the anticipated MA code amendment adoption dates and permit requirements so we may adjust our designs accordingly.
