With smaller projects, the contracts for design services can often be less formal, including procurement through purchase orders, letters of agreement, and signed proposals. We are thrilled to have Ken Walton, a partner at the law firm Lewis Brisbois specializing in legal issues of the architecture and engineering professions, join us in a guided discussion and Q&A session about all things related to small firms and contracts.
