Establishing a Small Practice

Revisiting our 2017 series discussion topic on the variety of business models available to architects for designing successful practices, this month, our last session until the fall, David Hacin FAIA, founding Principal and Creative Director of Hacin + Associates will provide insight, in a Q & A format, on his experiences in practice.

We believe this will be a great opportunity to hear David's experiences on starting a practice and transitioning from a small to medium sized design sensitive company of 30 people. As with our previous guests, other topic elements for discussion may include essentials of marketing (getting work), operations (organizing the business), professional services (putting creativity to work), and finance (managing money).
