Larger and Smaller Firm Collaborations

Continuing our recent sessions on strategic alliances and firm collaborations, this month, we have the honor of welcoming special guest Pablo Savid-Bueteler, managing principal from Sasaki.

This meeting will be a question and answer session focusing on a larger firm’s perspective on collaborations with smaller practices. Why would a larger firm, with plenty of capacity, find it useful to collaborate with smaller practices? How can smaller practices usefully engage larger firms in a way that benefits both parties? What are some lessons for how to make these collaborations run smoothly?
