Design in the Knowledge Age

This fall and spring, the Small Practices Network will feature a series of talks with clients from diverse market sectors and project types. The goal is to better understand client design service needs by learning from their work experience with architects.

Bryan Koop of Boston Properties will provide a presentation on Design in the Knowledge Age with a focus on driving design by "Taking a Stance", a question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Mr. Koop is responsible for overseeing all operations, development and new business opportunities for the Boston region. The portfolio of properties includes the Prudential Center, 200 Clarendon Street, Atlantic Wharf, Kendall Center and Marriott Hotel Cambridge, totaling over 13.5 million square feet of commercial office and retail space.

While at Boston Properties, Bryan has developed over 2.7 million square feet of commercial office space. He is a frequent speaker on the benefits of sustainable development and has received a number of awards for his sustainable projects.
