For September's WiD Wednesday, we are featuring the plaza at 888 Boylston Street, recently completed by a local landscape architects Mikyoung Kim Design. The plaza connects the new 888 Boylston office tower, Eataly Food Court, and the existing Prudential Retail Arcade. Join us to explore the space and learn more about the ideas behind the unique sculpted planters and color-changing weather features.

Mikyoung Kim Design is an award winning international landscape architecture and planning firm in Boston, and a past recipient of the WiD Award of Excellence. For the past twenty years, they have crafted an exceptional body of work, spanning a wide range of landscape typologies throughout the United States, East Asia, and the Middle East. Their projects have created culturally significant places that serve as a powerful tool to heal and enliven the public realm.

We will begin outside at 888 Boylston Street. Afterwards we will continue the conversation at Eataly.
