BSABIM 3.0: Learning to Deliver
Short durations and volunteer teams are obstacles in what we hope to achieve in 2017. Let’s face it, we’re all very busy. We want to help, we want to be part of something greater, but when we look up from our computers another month has gone by. The BSA BIM Roundtable has set a goal of completing three separate task deliverables in 2017. We have identified the tasks and teams (you can always jump in, if you haven’t already), now we need to point the teams in the right direction and get them off on the right foot. Join us as we learn from the Construction Institute BIM Council’s experiences in building teams, selecting tasks, managing the team, and delivering on goals.
For those who qualify, 1.5 LUs are available.
