To launch the BSA’s 150th anniversary, BSA Space will for the first time mount an exhibition showcasing the recipients of the 2016 BSA Design Awards. Through a combination of video installation, large scale graphics, and excerpts from jury comments, the exhibition will celebrate great design and the people who create it. Represented categories include Sustainable Design, Educational Facilities Design, Accessible Design, Honor Awards for Design Excellence, Unbuilt Design, and the Harleston Parker award, recognizing the most beautiful structure built in Boston in the last 10 years. These outstanding achievements express the idea that all building industry professionals have the opportunity to positively affect their communities and the way we live.

Josiah Stevenson FAIA focuses on fostering design excellence in the public and private realms throughout his term as 2017 BSA president.
