The 2015 theme is "Celebrate 20 years in Boston!"

Watch Nitsch Engineering's time-lapse construction of Celebrate CAN Times. After 20 years of Canstruction in Boston, what better way to celebrate fun times than with a little cake and bubbly?

Canstruction is a charity event and exhibition in which teams compete to display colossal sculptures made out of canned goods.

After the sculptures are dismantled, all the canned goods will be donated to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Celebrating 20 years

Windows 95, Clueless, the OJ Simpson trial, a Jagged Little Pill, the Frappacinno® and Monica Lewinsky are all products of 1995: bold, striking, unexpected, sometimes gritty, fueled by espresso and not afraid of a changing future. With your help, over the past 20 years we have delivered over 800,000 pounds of food. We could not have done this without you, the design, engineering and construction teams that weren’t afraid to go to “infinity and beyond.” So, take a bow, bust out your crop top and jelly sandals and let’s reminisce on what the last 20 years have meant to you and Boston at large.
