Kaizen Practitioner Panel Discussion

Join us in December to learn about Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) from people who practice it. The Lean Construction Institute New England CoP is partnering with the BSA and we are hosting an interactive discussion with a diverse panel of Kaizen practitioners.

Attendees will learn about a variety of successful approaches Lean practitioners are taking to achieve Kaizen in different settings. We will also talk about the challenges and barriers that we face when implementing Kaizen. This event will provide value for anyone interested in changing for the better regardless of past Lean experience!

Food & Beverages will be provided for your enjoyment. Time will be allotted for networking before and after the panel discussion.
