Working with Millennials

The Millennial Generation has recently surpassed the Boomers as the largest generational group by population in the US. Millennials, typically classified as born between 1980-1996, likely make up a growing percentage of your office demographic as well. We'll have a group discussion about effectively working with, managing, and communicating with this optimistic and technology-driven generation.

Before the meeting, please try to gather statistics from your own office: what % of your firm is Millennial? Gen X? Boomer? As a cutoff (since all generations are fluid), please use these ranges: Silent Generation 1925-1945, Boomers 1946-1964, Gen X 1965-1979, Millennial 1980-1996.
