The clock is about to strike one! How do the mice plan to escape? Inspired by the classic children's poem, this Gingerbread creation pulls from traditional Bavarian cuckoo clock design. The life-size mice (made of taffy and modeling chocolate) hatch their plan by the light of a gumdrop lantern.
