Harleston Parker Medal
Nomination deadline: April 3, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Established in 1921 in memory of J. Harleston Parker, this highest honor awarded by the Boston Society of Architects/AIA recognizes "the most beautiful piece of architecture, building, monument or structure within the City or Metropolitan Parks District limits."

Campus Planning and Urban Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 7, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Supported by: BSA/SCUP College and University Roundtable; BSA Urban Design Committee
Projects may be submitted in one of two categories: Urban Design, for those projects that focus on shaping the public realm, and Campus Planning, for those projects that focus on a proposed arrangement of buildings, landscapes, and infrastructure that support an institution and its priorities.

Residential Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 7, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Supported by: AIANY Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN); BSA Residential Design Committee
Projects may be single-family detached residential construction projects (one- to four-unit dwellings).

Healthcare Facilities Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 14, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Supported by: BSA Healthcare Facilities Committee
Projects may be healthcare projects of any kind--new facilities, renovations, or additions, small and large.

Interior Architecture and Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 14, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Projects may be interior architecture and design work of any type or scale.

K-12 Education Facilities Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 21, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Supported by: BSA K-12 Educational Facilities Committee
Projects may be new construction or rehabilitation; private or public; pre-K, elementary, and secondary education facilities.

Sustainable Design Awards
Submission deadline: August 21, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Supported by: BSA Committee on the Environment (COTE); BSA Embodied Carbon in Buildings Group
Projects should be those that demonstrate the systematic integration of sustainability. Special consideration will be given to projects that demonstrate success through actual metrics.

Honor Awards for Design Excellence
Submission deadline: August 28, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Projects may be new construction or rehabilitation, of any type or scale.

Unbuilt Architecture and Design
Submission deadline: August 28, 2020 September 11, 2020 | 11:59 pm
Projects may be purely theoretical, competition-driven, or client-sponsored, including buildings, interiors, infrastructure, monuments, etc.). Work should not be under construction or otherwise assured of construction.
