Boston 2050: Conversations on a Rooftop

One of the threats to the city of Boston through climate change is extreme flooding and the sea level rise. The city of Boston has planned for floor level rises to keep vital equipment and living spaces out of the flood zone. In addition to that, more housing needs to be addressed and one of the ways is through building up! We've taken a classic Boston townhouse and, while using the city of Boston's suggestion of raising roads and floors, we've added a spin on the classic gingerbread house on top. This is to the future of living on Boston's existing rooftops and hope to stop new construction when possible.
